ILoveKickboxing is where I go to punch and kick till I feel like a noodle. Last year I was doing pretty well but then I started slacking and it really bit me in the butt. I put the weight back on and going to workout feels even harder now. I started slacking off because I had hurt myself on accident. Now that I’ve recovered I’m getting back into it. I also need to get back into the “No ADDED sugar” life. And the running or walking minimum 2 miles a day routine. It’s easier when I was struggling emotionally and feeling really down. Now I’m doing better in a lot of aspects of my life so it’s easy to rest on your laurels. No resting for this lady! Let’s be unlazy and fit!
