Stress can manifest physically many many many ways. It is important to maintain a healthy level of stress in order to stay motivated. Still, I know I don’t handle it well. I keep working on it. It’s important to keep tabs on your stress. What is the cause? How can you alleviate it? How can you prevent it from being overwhelming? All very important questions. One of the many ways I handle stress is cleaning! It’s annoying sometimes but after I feel so proud and great. Same with tidying, working out, completing art projects, grooming Ace, and Buddhist activities. How do you handle stress? What kind of things help you keep balance in your life?
