It’s great going to kickboxing. I get to release a lot of frustration and feelings while getting fit. On instagram I’ve been posting every time I make it to class. Might be annoying to other people but when I get older and look back I’ll be happy I was moving my body. My goal is to go three times a week. So far it’s been hard but at least I’m getting in three times a week. Starting in June I will be getting back into walking more often as well.
