I’ve been struggling with staying active, eating healthy, and losing weight. Why? Sugar mostly. And lack of vegetables. And preferring to sit at home instead of going to workout or walk. I could have saved some of the cake and composted the rest but when someone makes or gives me a whole cake it’s like a challenge. “I dare you to eat it!” and I reply with “BRING IT ON!!!” I need to tackle more important things in life with the same resolve. The cake has all of my favorite things. Chocolate, strawberries, cream, and nutella. Earlier in the day another friend had given me a cheesecake. So grateful my coworkers were willing to eat the rest of that for me. I need to start running again. Eh…..
