It’s not just about weight. Anytime I’m heavier than a certain amount I can feel it. My knees hurt, I feel sluggish all the time, and have even less stamina. I could say it’s happy weight from moving forward in multiple areas of my life but honestly, I’ve just slacked off too much. I know all the things I need to do to get to where I want to be. I just need to do them.
